RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. RETURNS ELIGIBILITY
For merchandise to be eligible for return, it must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase
- Items must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories
- All tags and labels must be attached
- Items must not show any signs of wear or use
- Items purchased as final sale are non-returnable
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale items (as marked)
- Customized or personalized items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Clearance items
- Sale items marked "No Returns"
3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To return an item:
1. Contact our customer support team at support@aiobagworks.store with your order number
2. Provide reason for return
3. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
4. Ship the item back with proper packaging and tracking
4. REFUND PROCESS
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
5. SHIPPING RETURNS
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the return is due to a defect or error)
- We recommend using tracked, insured shipping
- Items should be sent to the address provided with your RMA number
- We are not responsible for items lost in transit
6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with photos
- We will either send a replacement or process a full refund
- Return shipping will be prepaid for defective or damaged items
7. REFUNDS FOR CANCELLED ORDERS
- Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement will receive a full refund
- If refund is processed, it may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account
8. EXCHANGE POLICY
- Exchanges are offered for size or color variations
- Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase
- Customer is responsible for return shipping unless due to our error
